超聲波清洗機損害后怎么維修?

1、保險損壞如果超聲波清洗機的保險損壞,檢查電源插座中的保險是否燒毀。好拿出表,用萬用表檢查一下。如果損壞,請立即更換。

1 超聲波振子受潮,可以用兆歐表檢查與換能器相連接的插頭,檢查絕緣電阻值可以判斷基本情況,一般要求絕緣電阻大于5兆歐以上。如果達不到這個絕緣電阻值,一般是換能器受潮,可以把換能器整體(不包括噴塑外殼)放進烘箱設(shè)定100℃左右烘干3小時或者使用電吹風去潮阻值正常為止。
1 If the ultrasonic vibrator is affected with moisture, the plug connected to the transducer can be checked with a megger. The basic situation can be judged by checking the insulation resistance value. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. 2 換能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂,可以用肉眼和兆歐表結(jié)合檢查,一般作為應急處理的措施,可以把個別損壞的振子斷開,不會影響到別的振子正常使用。
2 If the transducer vibrator is ignited and the ceramic material is broken, it can be checked with naked eyes and a megger. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, individual damaged vibrators can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
3 振子脫膠,我們的換能器是采用膠結(jié),螺釘緊固雙重保證工藝,在一般情況下不會出現(xiàn)這種情況。

4 不銹鋼振動面穿孔,一般換能器滿負荷使用10年以后可能會出現(xiàn)振動面穿孔的情況。
