With the increase of cleaning amount, hydrocarbons in the cleaning tank will be gradually polluted, resulting in unclean product cleaning.
2.蒸汽清洗和干燥的時間蒸汽清洗時間越長,產(chǎn)品的清潔度越好。蒸汽時間過短,產(chǎn)品直接加熱不充分,都會影響產(chǎn)品的干燥效果。因此,蒸汽清洗時間對產(chǎn)品清洗效果關(guān)重要。此外,干燥時間越長,干燥越徹底。干燥效率取決于設(shè)備的抽真空能力和產(chǎn)品表面的溫度。一般來說,碳?xì)湔婵涨逑丛O(shè)備的干燥時間為120-280秒,根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的形狀和設(shè)備的容量來設(shè)定。比如杜爾設(shè)備,可以在60秒內(nèi)完成普通立體產(chǎn)品的清洗和烘干。

The adjustment of vacuum degree is related to the vacuum pumping capacity of the equipment. Generally, when used together with ultrasonic, the greater the vacuum, the stronger the pump's suction capacity, and the less air remains in the closed cleaning space, which will weaken the attenuation of ultrasonic, thus promoting the transmission of ultrasonic energy and increasing the intensity of ultrasonic.
