工件在脫脂、除銹、水洗、表面調整、磷化等工序中,滲入焊縫的液體難以排出,而且水洗不能完全去除夾雜物,在濕熱條件下容易造成工件發(fā)黃生銹。如果在干燥過程中殘液不能完全干燥,那么在高溫下噴涂和干燥粉末時,由于熱膨脹的影響,殘液會從焊縫中滲出,影響涂層與金屬表面的結合,導致涂層附著力降低甚脫落。
