全自動超聲波清洗注意保持機械清潔干凈:專用超聲波清洗機一般安裝在某些特定物件清洗的生產(chǎn)流水線上,被清洗物件從進料口可傳動到不銹鋼專用網(wǎng)帶送人超聲波清洗槽清洗,在經(jīng)噴淋、烘干等工序后出料,實現(xiàn)被清洗物件可直接包裝入庫。進料:物件進料可采用半自動進料。壓電式換能器目前國內(nèi)外大多數(shù)超聲波清洗機用的壓電式換能器。這種換能器一般有兩片壓電陶瓷晶片組成。一臺清洗機用多個換能器,經(jīng)粘接劑粘接在清洗剛底部且經(jīng)并聯(lián)連接組成一臺清洗機的換能器,換能器基元之間距對頻率20kH4一般在5—10mm為佳,太大了容易產(chǎn)生彎曲振動,且振動板受到腐蝕,同時輻射面相對減少。嚴禁從超聲波控制柜頂端的進風口處濺入導電液體(如水)。

The distance between the transducer elements for a frequency of 20kH4 is generally 5-10mm, which is too large to produce bending vibration, and the vibration plate is corroded, while the radiation surface is relatively reduced.
